How I Work

My approach is to create a fundamentally safe and trusting setting with you that allows for whatever is happening to unfold.

I generally try to slow things down a bit and encourage you to bring space and awareness to your experience, especially to what you think of as the problem area. Often we find that what feels most frightening and undesirable wants to be known and included rather than disowned. The movement is toward becoming whole.

I come from an understanding that your body and psyche intrinsically know the way, and that our task is to work together to tune into the process, to see what’s trying to happen. 

It is surprising how effective this can be with the combined efforts of two minds and hearts.

From my perspective outside of you, I can help you see the blind spots in your process. I will join you, support you, and challenge you in your effort to find your way through.
